Stealthbox® for 2007-2014 Ford Edge / Lincoln MKX
Ford's crossover delivers an ideal combination of people space and cargo space, without resorting to the bulky packaging of a traditional SUV. This doesn't leave a lot of extra room for a traditional subwoofer solution, though.
The answer to this quandary is our completely hidden Stealthbox® which installs behind the passenger side rear cargo panel and is engineered to provide optimal sonic performance thanks to the W3v3 driver it houses. You get to keep all your cargo space and all your people space (even in the third row), but you get to get to have your bass come alive with real JL Audio quality, too.
The Hard Data:
- Contains one 10W3v3-2 in a sealed enclosure
- 500 watt power handling
- Wired for 2 ohm mono
- Installs behind passenger side cargo area trim panel
- Installation requires permanent modification to the factory trim panel and removal of OEM “subwoofer” if vehicle is so equipped.
Will not fit Lincoln MKX models equipped with THX® II Certified Audio System. Installation requires relocation of OEM amplifier.
